This new 8,787-square-foot slab on grade, single-story center sited on a greenfield boasts a stucco and transparent curtainwall facade which provides patients the healing power of natural light. Accented by a large 16-by-24-foot stucco canopy, the guest entrance provides covered drive-through access to this facility. The interior walls were constructed of a structural panelized metal wall system with iSpan trusses. Medical finishes include vinyl seamless flooring and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, as well as solid surface and laminate countertops throughout. Additionally, landscaping, irrigation, and 43 paved parking spaces complete the finishing touches of the Pinnacle ASC. The facility houses a reception area/waiting area, restrooms, consultation rooms, four employee offices, a staff lounge, an information technology room, four pre-op rooms, a nurses’ station, PACU, three operating rooms, a semi-restricted corridor, clean corridor, staff break and changing rooms. It also includes necessities such as sterile storage, med-gas, biowaste, a decontamination room, a linen room, a generator, and back-of-house support spaces.
