I really like that Gibbs is very family-oriented – it feels like a family. The people I work with are kind, friendly, and supportive. There is an open-door policy and I feel comfortable talking about anything. As the receptionist, I’m most people’s first impression of the company, and I’m proud to represent Gibbs Construction.

The fact that I have been working at Gibbs for almost 24 years is a testament to the value of being in a company that recognizes you as part of the team and not just as an employee. One benefit to working here is that your voice is heard and your ideas are considered. Change is not something Gibbs fears, but something the company embraces. But most importantly, I love working here because Gibbs cares about you as an individual, and because family is always first.

I have felt very comfortable and very much at home here at Gibbs Construction from day one – all the way from the very beginning of the interview process, to my first day on the job, to now.
