Trey Ledet has been an invaluable asset to the Gibbs Construction team since joining the company early in his career in 2014. After earning an MBA in mid-2014, Trey began his career with Gibbs as an Estimator, playing an integral role in the new North Terminal at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Later, he held a two-year position as Project Engineer working onsite on a trio of complex multifamily projects. Trey was then promoted to Director of Preconstruction, working to secure more contracts for the company. His deep understanding of the industry and high analytical abilities allow him to create effective strategies for attracting and winning bids.
